Main logon se mulaqaton ke lamhe yaad rakhta hoon
Main baaten bhool bhi jaaun to lehje yad rakhta hoon

BUSINESS COMMUNICATION Learning concerning communication Skills during the course BM-708 &describe future plan regarding communication skill Express ideas clearly & explicitly In my business class I have learned every concept &idea clearly. Explained there is confusion regarding clarion of concept. In class one concept & idea explained by giving different examples.  Gain & keep attention: In my business communication I gained much more just because of paying much attention while teacher delivering lecture.  Be well organized & prepared: In my class of business communication I have learned always be prepared & well organized about any lecture & presentation. I have also learned always keep our ideas and concepts organized.  Leadership development: Trough receiving lectures of business communication the major skill that I have attained is leadership. This helps me in my different daily tasks.  Clear explanation: Now I can explain my point of views & different concepts clearly. Because clear explanation is very much important thing for the positive & desired feedback.  Use visual aids effectively: In my communication I see there is effective use of visual aids. There is wise use of projector& everything displayed on project effectively. We can easily notice visual aid improve memory it also increase speaker creditability. In business communication class I have learned about nonverbal communication which are discussing below: GESTURES: When you present a speech, you send two kinds of messages to your audience. While your voice transmits a verbal message, a vast amount of information is being visually conveyed by your appearance, your manner, and your physical behavior. Research shows that more than half of all human communication takes place nonverbally. When you speak before a group, your listeners base their judgment of you and your message on what they see as well as upon what they hear. And now I have control on my gestures up to an extent & can judge other’s gestures. POSTURE: How you position your body when you communicates its own set of visual messages to an audience. More than anything, it reflects your attitude, telling your listeners whether you’re confident, alert, and in command of yourself and the speaking situation. Good speaking posture has other benefits to a speaker. It helps you to breathe properly and project your voice effectively. It also provides a good starting point from which to gesture or move your body in any direction. I can understand now others postures. BODY MOVEMENT: Body movement – changing your position or location during a speech – is the broadest, most highly visible kind of physical action you, as a speaker, can perform. Because of this, it can be either a tremendous asset or a tremendous liability to your delivery system. When you move your entire body in a controlled, purposeful manner during a speech, you can benefit in three ways. FACIAL EXPRESSIONS: An impassive expression may be an asset to a good poker player, but to a speaker it is a barrier to effective communication. People watch a speaker’s face during a pre¬sentation. Politeness, of course, is one reason for this, but equally important is the need to obtain visual data that will make the speaker’s message more meaningful. EYE CONTACT: Now I have a good eye contact to my audience during any meeting, conference, or presentation because it is much more important. Future Plan • Use of communication skills • Always be well organized & prepared • Use to improve my business • Use in clear explanation of my point of view & ideas
